« The inside of the home was clean and neat. Appliances were nice and met our expectations. We loved the giant bean bag! Air worked very well. There is one TV in the living room. Any minor concerns were shared with the host and were well recieved. It was a nice stay close to the city. We visited the Zoo (highly recommend) and the canal. Very interesting section of city there. « We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was lots of fun to have movie nights in the living room every night. We did not use the games downstairs but there was lots to do at the house. The location was perfect with lots of great restaurants very close. We also were close to the Indianapolis Zoo which was amazing. Overall it was a great place to stay. »

« A lovely little hide-a-way! Perfect location to town. It felt like we were in the woods but just around the corner from downtown. Decorated and updated so nicely! Outside are is awesome with hot tub and fire pit (wood supplied)! We loved it! If I’m being super picky…the smaller bed was not as comfortable as the king sized bed and the kitchen could use a few more small to medium casserole dishes to cook in the microwave or oven—but that is being super picky. We will definitely be back! Went...

« We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed and then some — Kelly went out of her way to make sure of it! From complimentary bath supplies to a s’mores kit, cucumber water and snacks — we felt very spoiled. Kelly even drove down to bring us more wine glasses! We barely moved from our perch on the back porch for 3 days. The shady pergola and breezes off the water made it completely comfortable even though the feels-like temp was in the 90s. Don’t hesitate to rent this cottage. »
