« The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff members were very kind and efficient from checking in and out. We took a shuttle bus from the airport. This is the only complain that I have for this stay. It should be the direct phone number to reach this hotel instead of going through the Intercontinental group number. It was not smooth to get to the hotel shuttle service. »
