« A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours.
Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good »
« Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Good location, close to the Botanical Garden and a 5 minute walk to the mall. Great staff that fixed everything you asked for. Nice bar area with excellent food and drinks at a reasonable price. The only complain that I had was at the breakfast were the juice machine made some undrinkable juice.

« We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is located in luxuriant gardens, has a lovely swimming pool (especially great for children!) and the fitness centre is located in a superb pavillon of its own. The problem is that it is far from the city centre ... and you cannot go there by bike as I thought we could because the bikes from the hotel are in poor condition and the way to the city very difficult to find »
« Das Standart fĂŒr 27 CHF war sehr preiswert. Keine grosse Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist in einer Seitenstrasse und daher hat man kaum LĂ€rm von der Strasse. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig ringhörig, deshalb empfehle ich Oropax mitzunehmen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck könnte besser sein. Das Zimmer war Sauber und die SanitĂ€ren Anlagen haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder besuchen, wenn ich nach Bogor gehe. »

Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel .
