„The check in process and parking process is unusual but worked put fine. The apt is stocked well and i appreciate that the sitting area and t.v. are separate from the bedroom. We had an issue figuring out the ac. The location is ok to one side the Phoenix area seems run down but in the other direction are high rises and newer bldgs and restaurants. “

„Everything was great! We enjoyed our time. The AC worked well, the pool was great, the staff were even better! I was worried about the parking garage after seeing so many reviewers about it but it was totally fine- half a block away and there was security on scene the whole 5 days we were there. Never had any issues.“

„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“

„Horrible, had to get evacuated and no one from the hotel communicated with me. Also was booked for two nights was told they would pay the stay at a different hotel and when I was checking out was told they would only pay for one night. Had the nerve to say that was communicated with me, it never was. I don’t like being lied to, will never stay there again “
