"I stayed here for my first five nights, and overall I had a good experience. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout my stay. Communication was sometimes a little difficult as not everyone spoke much English, but they were still helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated their effort. The room itself was a little compact, so I would mainly recommend it as a comfortable place to sleep and rest after spending the day exploring. If you are planning to be out most of the day anyway, it works perfectly fine as a convenient base. There are also some useful facilities available, including washing machines, which I really appreciated during a longer trip. There is also a spa area. Unfortunately, I did not get the chance to use it during my stay, but it is definitely a nice additional option to have. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I would just keep in mind that the rooms are quite compact rather than expecting a lot of space. For me, it worked well as a convenient place to come back to, rest, and get ready for the next day. The friendly staff and additional facilities were definitely a nice part of the experience."

"Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Badezimmer: Hier stehen sehr hochwertige Pflegeprodukte zur Verfügung, sogar gute Gesichtspflege. Auch die Minibar ist komplett inklusive – mit Softgetränken, Wein, Snacks und vielem mehr. Absolut empfehlenswert ist außerdem die Lounge. Zum Frühstück waren wir zwar im Buffet-Restaurant, dafür haben wir die Lounge gerne zur Tea-Time oder am Abend besucht und dort eine Kleinigkeit gegessen. Auch außerhalb der Essenszeiten kann man dort wunderbar sitzen mit Blick über Tokyo (21 Etage) und ganz entspannt einen Kaffee, ein Bier, ein Softgetränk oder sogar ein Glas Champagner genießen. Auch die Weiterleitung unserer Koffer zum nächsten Hotel hat wunderbar und völlig unkompliziert funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal: Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Das Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo gehört für mich ab sofort zu meinen absoluten Lieblingshotels. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
