« Basic essentials in kitchen, Keurig was clogged with coffee and hadn't been cleaned, ceiling fans were coated with dust. Could use a coat of fresh paint or wipe down doors. Very loud location. People in front rooms had a hard time sleeping. Smelled like smoke when we arrived and I notified the host immediately to make sure they didn't think it was us. »

« I prepaid for the booking using OneKey cash but the hotel charged me for the room when they swiped my card for incidentals. I was told the pending charge would go away but it posted to my account while my receipt from the hotel reflects the fact that I prepaid through Expedia. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel to discuss the issue and refund the charge. »

« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...
