« There is nothing special about this property. I didn’t like no closet in the room and had to request two hangers for the wall clothes hang. I had to request that the trash be removed and the beds made. The curtains were torn in our first floor room. »

« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...
