« Amazing accommodations! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own room which was ideal. Communication was seamless and easy. Close to Whole Foods and many other shops. Short walk to Red line subway which took us easily and quickly to downtown Chicago and all the attractions. The building had other common spaces like an outdoor terrace with grills, seating and a fire pit. We also took advantage of the fitness center. We would stay here again. »

« We checked in after hours so our check in letter was on the counter with all the check in directions. The sliding door, at the ramp to use the cart to transport our luggage inside, was turned off. We had to call the person on call to help who had to call maintenance and they were able to trouble shoot and found that the power to the door was turned off. I think this is the only issue we had.
