Great area of Knoxville as well. So thankful for available bikes and water sport stuff too (paddle boards, kayak, etc). The walk to the boat was easy especially given it was a marina! I have walked further from my parking spot to hotels in downtown Knoxville. The Albatross gets an A in my book. »

« Overall enjoyed our stay. Better than a hotel room with nice views, atmosphere for a night but the lack of adequate hot water for a decent shower was disappointing. It also appeared there was a fire pit in the pics but there was not. Vermillion is a very lovely town with shops and restaurants very close to the tiny home. Also, beware there is a nearby train that runs through the night. Didn’t bother us too much but could be problematic for a light sleeper. »
