« 3 families enjoyed our stay at the Tree House! The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock. Wonderful Feb. break...we would recommend this house. »

« Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

« Property was excellent. Solid house in a great location. Just one full bath and a half bath but worked for us. Also a/c is only upstairs in family room but there are fans in all bedrooms. Again, no issue for us. Will be back. »

« This ski house has everything you'd need. It's in a wonderful location (Waterville Estates). The bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the same floor and kitchen living space is open, feels spacious. Convenient location to the ski areas. Owner has excellent communication and the check in / out process was a breeze. »

« the house was great and the views were wonderfull but there were no info from redawning internet was good but we were not given a pass word to sign on with tv worked great no face towels or washcloths clean towels we piled up on one of the bunks right out of the dryer »

« This is such a great home and it has the most spectacular views you can imagine! A massive stone fireplace is the main attraction of the family room, floor to ceiling windows looking out over the mountains are the star though. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were a big hit, plus an addition double bunk room. Plenty of space for 2 families and plenty of parking. We'll be back! »
