« The grounds are very pleasant. I needed to change original room due to very strong musty smell as well as super strong varnish odor. Owners were very quick to offer another room. So I do feel satisfied with that. Not the cleanest but was very affordable compared to other places in the area. I guess I got what I paid for. But I wouldn’t stay again. »

« Large room but very small bathroom. They could enlarge it. Shower much too low. Would be good for 5 foot people. Lighting insufficient at entrance of the room. Quiet location (no football game) and walls seems soundproof because I slept well. Room is smelling terribly bad. Although smoking in the room is forbidden by law since 2010, the smoke smell is still there. Renovation (not only paint) is needed to solve that problem. »

Les chambres sont tres grandes, propres, avec air conditionné et il y a des restaurants et un supermarché à proximité. Je regrette que la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas et n'ait pas été réparée pendant les 3 jours malgré mes demandes. »

« Most of this building is low income long term room renters. They all yell at each other all night. Constant in and out to smoke everything under the sun. Resident are rude and always blocking entrances. This is not a hotel. It’s horrible. »
