The suite my partner and I had was a cozy little hotel sitting room with a TV and couch that was attached with a conjoining room that led to a bedroom. For the price, the style, the location and amenities, we would absolutely stay again and recommend it as well. “

The Coachhouse was big, roomy, and comfortably furnished with beautiful time period furnishings. Yet with the modern conviences we expect. We were delighted with our whole stay. „The location of the Nelson Lofts is ideal for concert goers, restaurants and bars are everywhere. Our family had two units rented and we did have an issue getting into this unit, but the host, Tim, responded to my text immediately and the problem was resolved. We will continue to rent these lofts when visiting the Quad Cities. They are great!“

„Fantastic location right downtown Savana. Walk to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Cute apartment with all the amenities…except the 7 squares of toilet paper and no refill. Good thing there were plenty of tissues. Nice clean place and very cool little hidden reading nook. We would definitely stay here again! “

„We were attending a two day conference and appreciated having the kitchen for cooking meals and the comfortable living room for relaxing. The two foot thick walls ensured complete quiet. The beds were comfortable. We were pleased with the right by the door off street parking. If we have another conference in Dubuque, we will be back.“
