« Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional, we brought our grandchildren to swim in the pool on their spring break. The pool was very clean and the kids had a great time swimming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! »

« We had a late check in which I had informed the hotel of earlier in the day. We ended up checking in around 10 pm and when we got to our room and had went to use the bathroom I noticed the toilet was filthy with feces stains in the toilet. There was no soap or shampoo and conditioner in the bottles that are affixed to the shower wall. I did also notice the beds were made but the sheets and pillow cases were very wrinkled like they had already been slept on. Then to top it off in the morning when...

« The Improvement in the hotel over a year ago was phenomenal the breakfast buffet should have a senior discount but I did feel very well taken care of by the staff our room was clean the bar was great »
