« Host was really helpful. Most places dont have AC, or a need for it, but I stayed during a rainy heat wave. Host provided me with a few fans and brought me a box fan for window at my request. Convenient spot for travel medical workers at FMC. Can't beat a 2 minute walk to work. »

« Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for?? »

« The condo is very nice it just needs a little TLC. Ice maker doesn't work, boards were loose in the floor and it looked like someone had try to glue them down. The cupboards both in the kitchen and bathroom had drawers that did not open or open crooked. None of the maintenance to update it would prevent me from staying there again. The only issue I really had was nothing was noted that the balcony was on the side of a very busy street. So relaxing ended up sitting out there was listening to cars...
