„This is a great condo in a nice location. Natural grocery store right across the street and a cool little burrito restaurant around the corner. Condo was very comfortable, clean, modern, and spacious for one bedroom. The host communication was excellent and he had a lot of nice little extra things you might need on your trip in the unit. Would definitely recommend this place and consider staying again!“

„Location was great; views were beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Parking “up top” was sometimes full, so we ended up having to park in lower lot and walk up to the top, which wasn’t a big deal to us since our whole reason to visit was to go hiking. As others have mentioned, the oversized furniture is a bit challenging, especially if you need to use the Murphy bed (which we did). But overall, would recommend if you want to spend your days enjoying RMNP and Estes Park.“

„This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen ...
