„In the begininng we were somewhat upset as there is no parking provided and we had difficulties when asking information via telephone as the receptionist was not a native english speaker. Finally in our room we were delighted with the size and the terrific view. However the big plus was the professionalism and asbolute insistance on customer satisfaction demomstated by the room service team. This team is simply the best we have ever encountered.
