« The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. »

« We enjoyed a relaxing weekend! Walked to Mojos to get breakfast and coffee. The place was well cared for. A little difficult to find because there are a lot of units. Only downside was the upper windows don’t have curtains so we’re up when the suns up. But the place was clean and comfortable. »

« The condo has a wonderful location. The property was perfect for the two of us. The weather was unseasonably hot and the main living area is not air conditioned. This was uncomfortable and a disappointment. Everything else was great. »

« We stayed here for a girls trip and this suite was just incredible. Beautiful, clean, light-filled space, great views of the mountains, really comfy beds. Location is incredible right by the river and all the cute ships and restaurants downtown. The Palace Hotel is iconic and so thankful we are able to stay here still! »

« Great space. Nice king bed and spacious room including bathroom and shower even though it’s an older converted and renovated apace. Kitchen is perfect and had all we needed as only there one night. Views are great of River street and park and on 3rd floor. We were fine with stairs but other guests should note no elevator. We’ve stayed at this location before and it’s a great way to enjoy walkable Salida. . »

« Great stay, other than the bed. Great location, clean and comfy but the bed left a lot to be desired. Very hard mattress and not enough pillows. Front door was finicky to get into the building, but it's over 100 years old so it's OK. Other than that 5 stars »

« We loved staying at this condo in the Palace Hotel. It's super comfortable, has a nice kitchen area, and the bathroom is recently remodeled. The location is perfect for Salida adventures! The one downside is there is no assigned parking, but we didn't have an issue finding parking nearby in Feb. »
