« Wow! What an amazing stay! We arrived to a deer waiting at the welcome sign and visits daily from our woodland friends. The unit was in pristine condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean, plenty of towels and great shower water pressure. The kitchen had every convenance - very clean and appliances easy to use. (It did take a minute to realize there was an on/off button on the back of the Keurig - haha)Outside the hot tub was a nightly hit and the lovely chair and fireplace...

« Host was wonderful providing all info needed. Beautiful place. Wish we could have stayed longer. Best place we have stayed this trip. Peace and quiet and very private, but close to a lot of things to do. Wish we would have had time to use the hot tub but were too tired to do so. Would stay there again. »

« Totally enjoyed our stay. The home is convenient to hiking and white water rafting. It was very close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs which have quaint little shops. quiet neighborhood, Comfortable beds, and sufficiently stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Correspondence with the owner was timely. Cant say enough good things about the home. would definitely stay again. »

« It was a great location especially after being in the car all day. Easy walk to dinner. Everything worked as it should with plenty of coffee and water. Stairs up may be difficult for some with lots of luggage but we navigated them easily with minimal luggage. »

« The area is full of stuff to do outdoors so we weren't in the home much. But once we were inside it was extremely clean and had all the necessities. My boyfriend even was able to find a bandaid. The bed isnt quite a queen but really soft and comfortable. The coffee and creamer provided was perfect. The closeness to restaurants, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak made for a perfect long weekend. We would definitely stay again. »

« We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was so comfortable and had amenities I'd never expect. Everything you could think of from basic pots & pans, spices and various kitchen supplies to a bathroom cabinet stocked with aspirins, bandaids, shaving supplies and so much more. And, their wonderful dog was the icing on the cake. Love her. Great place! NIce people. And a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Hope to go back next year. »

« No response for request for keys, never received request for info email; immediaye voice mail with no call back. HAD TO GET A ROOM ELSEWHERE. Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in. »

« Great little 1 bedroom space. Everything we needed for our trip. Fenced in yard allowed our doggos to have some space to burn off energy and relieve themselves.Kitchen with all needed appliances to include coffee maker and full sized fridge. »
