« The hotel was picked for location and dining on site. The electronic sign out front says dining room is open. When checking in we were told it is not open. Take it off your listing if it is not available. Even the in room menus say it’s open. »

« My room was clean. But the TV had a clicking sound. The bathroom overhead light continued to go off and on. There was minimal water pressure in the shower. There was no exhaust vent in the bathroom, and for some strange reason 12x24 floor tiles were installed on the ceiling in the bathroom too!!! Yikes, kinda scary. This was room 118. »
