« Host was not accomodating at all. Excuse after excuse as to why things were not done. The lawns were 2 foot high but excuses about previous rain was why the lawns were not mowed. The BNB was dirty on arrival yet the host had the audacity to charge extra for our puppies (which we had already advised that we were travelling with) plus the host decided to charge extra for turning up an hour earlier which I believe is not legal to do. We had no sooner than arrived & the host was at the door...

« The location in proximity to UQ was incredible. Public transport was easy to navigate given how close it was to the property. Clean room and bathroom. Sharing the kitchen was an alright experience. Host was easy to communicate with. Did wish there was a better blind situation in the bathroom for better privacy. Overall, very happy though. »

« Property was in a quiet neighbourhood with a bus service (2 minutes walk) to station. The unit was very clean with all conveniences needed for lengthy stay including lockup garage. I will definitely be back. »
