« Pros: King-size Beauty rest bed and linens felt brand new and were extremely comfortable. The queen bed was also very comfortable with lovely linens.No driveway parking, during my 12-night stay I parked directly in front about 95% of the time, & next door the rest. No issues if you can parallel park.The shower had great water pressure and very hot water. The kitchen faucet is worn, but there were plenty of pots, pans, casserole dishes, and dish soap.The view from the driveway and dining area...

« We didn't actually stay here because we didn't get check-in instructions and we couldn't get in touch with the host. VRBO support helped us find another location to stay. I've never had this happen with an STR but it was pretty stressful landing in town on a busy graduation weekend and not knowing if we'd have a place to stay. »

« Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in San Diego und in der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Rebecca hat super geklappt. Sie hat uns die nötigen Infos für den Check In zur rightigen Zeit gegeben und war während des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor allem die Küche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und haben sehr viel selbst gekocht. « This space was ok for what we needed. Basically a place to stay for 12 hours. The stairs were duct taped. The garage door opener had no power to it, so we had to manually pull it open and closed - not a problem in itself - the real problem was that the garage door could not lock with no power. We played with the breaker board to no avail. The door leading into the house from the garage has no lock on it. So we, 4 women, had to sleep in an unlocked house. « Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement. »
