« Our stay started with a 15 minute wait for someone to show up to the front desk. Immediately upon dropping our luggage in the room, a panel fell off the wall exposing cords and wires. We couldn't get it back on. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower weren't working so I had to pry them off the wall to get them to work. « It was cheap, but I will spend more next time. Things are pretty old and worn. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, and there was a lot of road noise from a nearby freeway. The air conditioning system showed an error, and didn’t appear to operate. The guy at the front desk did give me some air freshener to mask the odor in the room. No breakfast, just coffee, which I did not try. »
