There was a pool slide that didn't seem safe to use near the pool with wasps living in and the pool wasn't very clean. There was no drinking water provided. The fridge was not plugged in or cold. There was a dog on the property that was not listed in the description. I tried to receive pictures of the additional bedrooms from the host for months before hand but she never sent them and...

« Das Objekt war sauber, der Pool wird gereinigt. Man muss wissen, dass alles dem Landesstandard entsprechend ausgestaltet ist. Es ist ok aber nicht Luxuriös. Das grosse Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool wird auch von anderen Urlaubern genutzt. Das steht nicht in der Beschreibung. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist länger. Ich bin aber zufrieden und habe die gerne Anlage genutzt. Das Toilettenpapier und auch das Trinkwasser mussten wir selbst zahlen. »

« The term Luxury cottage is an insult. The pictures are very misleading.This place is so run down. The staff you can tell is trying hard but obviously the owner cares nothing about customer service or being honest. Our "Luxury cottage" had no microwave, no satellite TV and the kitchen and living room were exposed to heat as there are no windows only loose screening that let lots of bugs in. The couch and beds sit on concrete reminiscent of city jail. I realize this property is in the tropics but...

« Terrible and a scam! We were placed in a house that was not the one in the photos. It’s not even a question of a worn down condition of the same house the owner took the liberty to place my party including (3) children in one of two houses in the property with the shared pool and didn’t confess until the end of 1st night when I called her over to ask what was going on as the condition and the design were completely different.
