« I really love people from this hotel. My daughter (3.5 years old) was impressed that almost everyone (manager and people who works in the restaurant) she met here could speak English fluently. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. « This is a palatial hotel. I love the design very much. Because it's on a skyscraper, the view is superb. It's very convenient for shopping, dinning and transportation. Subway entrance is under the building and a mall is connected. It's highly recommended. PS: Only a small flaw, the internet speed was a bit slow. »
