Spread over three levels and offering a total of 280 m², Madre Tierra Boutique Villa 1 welcomes larger families or groups in search of space and comfort. Designed with attention to detail, this home features four main bedrooms (three of which are ensuite), plus a supplementary double bedroom in the basement, making it ideal for up to 10 guests.

The first floor offers two bright, stylish bedrooms with double beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The top floor (attic) includes another serene ensuite bedroom with views and an abundance of natural light. On the ground floor, there is a twin bedroom with a bathroom nearby, perfect for guests with mobility considerations. If your group exceeds eight people, the basement space includes an additional double bed, a laundry area and a dryer, comfortably accommodating two more guests for a total of ten. Guests in the basement bedroom use the bathroom on the ground floor.

The open-plan living room is tastefully furnished with a large sofa and flows seamlessly into a contemporary kitchen equipped with a marble island, bar stools, and all modern appliances. Six air conditioning units throughout the property ensure year-round comfort, offering both cooling and heating. The living room also features a large Smart TV for entertainment.
