„Die beiden Vermieter James und Kathrine, strahlen eine große Herzenswärme aus, so dass man sich vom ersten Moment an heimisch fühlt. Sie sind unentwegt darauf bedacht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück war überaus üppig und wurde nach eigenen Wünschen zusammengestellt. Täglich wurden die Zimmer gerichtet und was an Tee, Kaffee oder Gebäck fehlte wieder aufgefüllt. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!“

„We would definitely recommend the Groveside. Hosts friendly and helpful. Everything was to a high standard...cleanliness, breakfast. 5 minute walk to the shops and sea-front. Free parking on site. Intimate garden with tables and chairs. Buses go to lots of local places including Exeter and Lyme Regis. Local pubthe Swan , good food and ambiance. If you can get to Topsham, there's a restaurant called The Galley which we would highly recommend. “

Zum Frühstück gibt es alles, was Herz und Magen begehren könnten und die Besitzer stehen einem mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, sollte man Fragen haben. Zur Lage sei gesagt, dass sie idyllisch aber auch etwas abgelegen ist. Bis zur nächsten größeren Straße ist man schon etwa 20 Minuten unterwegs, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Rundum ...
