„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. „The check-in was great and so was the staff. When we needed to something the following day, different lady. She was not as friendly. Our cleaning lady was awesome, helpful, and very friendly!! There was not enough staff to help with the breakfast on both days. I felt so bad for the woman trying to manage it and keep up. She kept going and trying the best she could! “

„The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room.“

„I liked the flair and style of The Brown. The preserved elegance of the Twenties. But although the modern amenities like USB outlets and coffeemaker in the room. The staff at the reception, restaurant and Graham's Cafe were friendly and welcoming.
