« Nice welcome by a nice owner whom we could talk withand interested in his guests. We where in a comfortable and large bedroom, compared with other guest houses. »

« Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Best Western. Cependant, nous avons eu un problème avec la douche, la pression d’eau était insuffisante. Nous l’avons mentionné à la réception et le problème n’a pas été réglé. La dame a l’accueil a également refusé de répondre à nos questions concernant le service de buanderie et nous a dit de voir le code QR dans la chambre. Seul hic c’est que, dans le document contenu dans le code QR, on nous demandait d’aller voir à l’accueil pour plus d’informations… »

« It met my expectations, if you consider the price. The only thing that didn’t quite match my expectation was for breakfast options. That may be expedia’s fault in picking up on the wrong info about the property. The breakfast is only instant coffee , some fruits and super basic pastry. Which would have been just fine if it was clearer when booking »

« L'accueil et le souci de répondre à nos demandes ont été très agréables. La chambre 303, située sous le toit, était correctement équipée, mais le vasistas ne fermait pas bien, les matelas rappelaient qu'ils avaient des ressorts, la pression de la douche était faible. Ces points pourraient être améliorés, mais nous gardons toutefois un bon souvenir de notre séjour. »

« Truly fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and well decorated, the breakfast is amazing and the show dinner at their restaurant has nice food and entertainment. The hotel feels brand new and good looking and the location is nice to reach Glasgow quickly but also to head up elsewhere with the motorway. »

« I turned up quite late in the day and was welcomed to this lovely B&B. Beautiful views around the property and the rooms and breakfast area have been decorated to a very high standard. But the best bits are the bed/bedding and the breakfast. I stay in 80/90 hotels a year a this is the most comfy by a mile. I overslept but they still put breakfast on for me later than planned. I will be visiting again. Lovely host and staff beautiful setting. »

« a very good value for money option for those wanting to stay near glasgow. Reasonable commute by car to the city (1/2 hour or so) - suggest you go the more Country route. Local area isn’t significant, so suggest you eat in the city. Our large room got a lovely sunset, whilst sitting on a large raised couch. Quiet. (though the birds can get noisy for a bit - nothing the property can do about that though). Sheep in the garden ! Recommended. »
