„Very comfortable and pleasant stay. And: we did not see the Ghost :)“

„The room could have been hoovered before we got there but otherwise okay.“

„Stunning property, gorgeous & delightfully helpful owners ( Doug & Kay)& in a beautiful part of the country. Close to good restaurants, historical villages & towns. Just a perfect weekend retreat.“

„Vanessa and Steve were exceptional hosts and the facilities at “The Foxes Den” suited us perfectly. Everything was most satisfactory and we ended our stay with a delicious full English breakfast which kept us going for quite a while!!! We would recommend a stay there to everyone visiting the area for a peaceful and very comfortable night.“

„Beatiful building and setting. Excellent staff. Food 7/10. Its classical which is fine but maybe uninteresting.“

Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this? Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . I have never stayed at a B&B with a 30 mins breakfast window. We stayed one night to attend a Wedding at ...

„Excellent hotel, have been here a few times, staff are very professional & helpful, our meal in the evening was very good! Room was lovely & very clean, has everything you need & breakfast was lovely! Will return again soon.“

„Cory, the manager of The Fox, is a lovely host. Super hard working, he is around to serve breakfast and still managing the bar late at night. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and warm. Parking is immediately outside the rooms and easily accessed. Bury St Edmund’s is a lovely town with excellent shopping and coffee shops. Strongly recommend staying at The Fox for visiting Bury St Edmunds.“

„Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean.“
