Hi Alejandro. I just saw your review and notice you could not find your room last night. We tried to call you three times to leave you a message on your voicemail but it appear you have no voice mail. It rings 3 times and then stopped. The reception closing at 10pm, we never let someone without keys. That's why there is a big sign next to the reception door for the late check ins where you would have found an envelope with your name on it, the instructions to get to your room and the key inside. My personal phone number is on the door reachable 24/7 but I didn't get any call last night.We have late check in every day and this is the first time in 8 years someone could not get to his room. I am really sorry of this situation.
