ÉTAPES DE OYSTER POND, COURTE PROMENADE VERS LES JEUX DE BASEBALL DE CAPE LEAGUE! C'est vraiment une maison de plage unique dans un endroit exclusif et calme Ă  quelques pas de Oyster Pond. La propriĂ©tĂ© est trĂšs propre et lumineuse et bien entretenue. Cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et plafonds cathĂ©drale est situĂ©e sur une ruelle calme et est Ă  seulement 9/10 d'un mile du champ de balle de Chatham Angler, de l'aire de jeux de la ville et juste un peu plus loin du centre-ville Air conditionnĂ©, sans fil accĂšs Internet, buanderie au premier Ă©tage, douche extĂ©rieure fermĂ©e et barbecue Ă  gaz. La chambre principale du roi a une salle de bain privĂ©e et un balcon.

Group of five women met up for a reunion weekend and loved all that this Vrbo had to offer. We were very happy with the five beds and three bedrooms. Two bathrooms were helpful. The outside and basement were bonuses that made us feel pleased and comfortable with our Vrbo selection.

Beautiful home in a great location! We visited while it was still chilly out but we were still able to enjoy the beauty of this area. House is clean, well designed and cozy. Highly recommend! Few min walk to the water and beautiful sunsets. Close to downtown and many restaurants close by. Look forward to visiting again!

Lisa and Brian have the perfect family getaway. Their house has all the amenities you need along with extra perks like board games, table tennis, bonus basement for extra room and young kids to play in. Location is close to town but also very private which we liked. Would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

We went for the weather and we were almost exclusively outside. The yard was amazing with lush grass and beautiful landscaping
plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy life
the hammock, the firepit, and meals at the outdoor table. Plenty of space for our kiddos to play wiffle ball, soccer, and cartwheels, too! Inside was immaculate with comfortable beds and a finished basement where we had many ping pong games!!! The house is close enough to easily walk to several restaurants as well!! We will definitely be back!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone and the basement with the ping pong table was a hit every single night. We loved the house and our stay! The rooms are spacious which was perfect to set up a pack and play for our son and the basement was great for my two young kids to watch tv/play games and give the adults some space and quiet. The backyard was beautiful to relax in the evening and being walking distance to main street was also a major plus. Definitely would recommend and stay at again! We loved the house and location!

We had a lovely stay at Lisa and Brian's Oyster Bay home. It was perfect for our family. The home is cozy and comfy and very clean. We particularly loved the backyard with the fire pit and hammock and the ping pong table. We took advantage of many of the suggestions for activities and dining out. We are so grateful for a memorable family vacation.

It was by far the best property we could imagine. Superclean, well equipped, comfortable. The kids loved the ping pong table and the hammock. We loved to cook in the fabulous kitchen, relaxing in the chairs in the garden. Chatham and the surrounding area are beautiful. Great beaches, restaurants, everything you could wish for. From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay at Lisa and Brian’s property! It is situated in a perfect location and the house is spotless, homey and lovely. Upon entering the door, you begin to feel yourself unwinding and unplugging. The grandchildren loved our “HOLIDAY HOUSE” and asked if we could go back ! That is a resounding YES. If you’re looking for that quintessential Cape Cod get away, THIS in IS IT!!! In our humble opinion, Chatham is the very best town on the Cape, and Lisa and Brian’s home is the best you’ll find .

Lisa’s home was beautiful and super clean. We had plenty of space indoors and out and the location was a quick drive to downtown Chatham. The weather was perfect all week so we never found the excuse to stay in and play ping pong in the basement. Instead, we were out and about most of the time and also able to enjoy the yard and a bonfire one evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Lisa and Brian's 3-bedroom home in Chatham is lovely, updated with modern conveniences, and comfortable for a family of 6-8 people. It is clean, well maintained, and has essential air conditioning, which is important for summers on Cape Cod. The neighborhood is terrific. The home is located 5 minutes from downtown Chatham. Lisa and Brian were responsive and helpful throughout the process. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful house. Our only recommendation for improvement would be matress toppers for the two twin beds, which were a bit uncomfortable for our adult children.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we entered the house, we felt welcomed and “at home”. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the location is great- just a mile from downtown Chatham. Lisa and Brian were great to communicate with and any questions that we had were answered promptly. They were very welcoming! After many years coming to Chatham, this is by far our favorite place to stay and look forward to returning next year!
