« Staff were lovely and welcoming but we found the room quite tired and dated. Breakfast was ok. »

« Asked for a double bed, even received a phone call the day before arrival asking what type of bed setup we wanted, but was given a twin bed set up. Room definitely needs an upgrade. Charged £45 for a small dog for 3 nights totally over the top. Shower tray did not drain well and nearly flooded the bathroom. Since our visit 7 years ago the pub is more geared to an overpriced restaurant rather than somewhere comfortable to have a drink. Will not be returning. »

« We were traveling with a kid (2 years) and the staff has been super accommodating, the hotel itself is super nice and quiet, the location is great to explore the Cotswolds »

« Great flat local to Gloucester and the docks. Sometimes the out of hours contact was hard to get hold of but that is no way a negative on the flat. Very tidy and clean with all basic items you need. »
