„Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.“

„Staying here was an extremely enjoyable experience. Everything about the the hotel and its properties were on point.“

„Was a nice place to stay“

„ガーナ滞在時はいつも宿泊してます。 今回はエレベーターや洗濯機が使用できなくて残念だった。 朝食が美味しいし、大好きなホテルだからまた宿泊したい。 毎日ニワトリの鳴き声が愛しかった。 いつもありがとうございます。“

„Great stay“

„Tolles Hotel für Business Reisen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit. Man muss als Europäer such den Ghanischen Geschwindigkeiten anpassen aber sonst kommen wir gerne wieder.“

„Serene environment. I had an amazing stay, my room was very clean and bed comfy, the food was also very nice. The staff are very customer friendly and ready to assist. Will surely recommend“

„The place was nice. The room was clean and the staff were lovely. Only thing is that it said it was close to Mampong when that’s not the case.“

„It was a good stay overall but I stayed at the older section of the hotel and some of the amenities there need fixing (e.g. showers and bathroom drainage). The fitness centre can also be cleaner and more user-friendly.“

„Very quiet and peaceful “

„It was great experience and I love their customer service “

„They overbooked so we never got in. Don’t use them as they don’t acknowledge online bookings“

„The property looked as pictured but was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the powder room. No paper towels in the kitchen. No wash clothes or towels for bathing. No toilet at all. No running water in the sink of one bathroom. As well as dead bugs on the floor on the living room and lastly we had no WiFi. We checked in around 7:00 pm and had been on the telephone with the owner/manger from flourish as they said they had no reservation from Hotels.com. Finally after speaking to the manager ...

„When I got to the hotel they had advised there were no rooms available which made no sense because the app allowed me to book and they also pre authorized my bank account , they assured me that they would not take the payment only for me to confirm as of yesterday they debited a total of 160 CDN despite the fact they turned me away a clear case of fraud here and I am working alongside customer service to retrieve the money they stole from my account“
