Romantische Hotels Chennai South

„This is a very nice airport hotel, in principle. The architecture has very clean lines and the eyes come to a rest after coming in from the frenetic traffic in Chennai. There is also hardly any noise in the garden and the building which allows relaxation. However, we were a bit unlucky. The swimming pool was full of microbes and the water did not seem the get exchanged as the freshwater jets were out of order. The loungers around the pool were full of ants and I went to my room feeling I needed ...

„Incredibly attentative and friendly personnel at reception, breakfast area and pool area Everything very clean thanks to the amazingly working cleaning teams Breakfast gorgeous Super Central at the airport metro Room spacious Bed greatly comfortable Nice view from the rooftop-pool“

„Clean process took a while“

„We couldn’t check in because there said no Indian ID.please don’t book this hotel I call to Expedia no one helped me Very poor customer service I don’t recommend anyone. If don’t have Indian ID don’t book the hotel “

„Nice“

„Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. “

„The worst hotel u can ever find. 1) Upon check in was Informed at the reception that they can’t accept the booking and they are fully sold out. Time of our check in was around 8.30PM. 2) The person at the reception was drunk and clearly intoxicated. 3) the same person at the reception was extremely rude as he didn’t have an answer while the guest turned up after CONFIRMED Booking. 4) Money gone as there was no way of refund. 5) we had to book another hotel for the night stay “
