"Filthy mattress & sheets. They didn't even bother to clean the room and change the sheets/pillow cases. Everything smelled really bad with lots of stains. I had to ask them to change the sheets. When they changed the sheets, I saw the mattress is filthy & with lot of stains as well.
Bathroom was equally filthy - with cockroaches and leaky taps. Lot of red paint over the mirror in the bathroom.
Service guys struggled to turn on the AC after which it did turn on but I could not change the...
