« While on a motorcycle road trip, I stayed for one night at the Owl’s Perch on September 28th. It is a charming private wood cabin adjacent to the house of the hosts, Doug and Alice. It is quite a unique and peaceful accommodation in Robbinsville, NC, 30 min from the city accessible through a beautiful winding road while being very close to scenic roads and scenery like the Dragon’s tail road. « This precious cottage is located in a beautiful area and super easy to get to it. I loved going through a covered bridge to arrive at the cottage. So cute!! We really enjoyed having porches with swings and rockers off the front and back of the cottage. And, there are even more wonderful seating areas next to the creek. The owner also supplied firewood for the fire pit. It was a terrific getaway to the mountains and a restful place to stay. »
