« FRAUDULENT charges and Terrible staff. Paid for a suite and they tried to pass off a room that's not the configuration I paid for. Moved me around twice before finally admitting they didn't have what I paid for. I left in annoyance, after they hung up on me.
Also, I gave them my card for incidentals and they have billed me 3 more times including this morning even though I left yesterday. Disrespectful and rude. I've already disputed all the charges. »
