« Staff were courteous. Room and building were clean. Bathroom was clean. It was a mobility accessible room and a sliding bench shower chair was shown in ad. However there was only a shower chair in the tub. This was barely adequate. There was a used coffee cup that had been shoved back against the wall between two pieces of furniture. If we are in the area again, we would stay here. »

« We booked this room last minute through Expedia I get to the hotel and they told me there's no availabilities even though I've already booked the room online. I get a notification this morning that they try to charge my card the whole price for my two nights stay and we didn't even stay there because they had no availabilities? This is ridiculous. It's the second hotel I tried to book through Expedia that said they had availabilities, and when I got there they were all booked out. They couldn't...
