Staff were nice and facility were in very good condition, the thing that i didn’t like that my room have no view at all the only window were shaded not sure why!!! And the breakfast not worth the charge, very limited selection.

The lobby was inundated with families camped out and wholly indifferent to the other guests. Screaming children raced up and down the corridors while parents slept on the chairs and couches. I never saw one staff member even attempt to gain control over the situation. This was not a hotel but a circus. I will never stay at this property again.

The hotel was very accomodating to my request for a late check out. My only complaint was the parking lot behind the hotel is not very well lit. I am a women taveling alone & I felt unsafe back there

We were extremely disappointed with the Hyatt Regency. There was water damage to the walls in the bathroom in our room. The pool was out of service, the restaurant was understaffed, then they made a mistake on our dinner order. The room service in the morning was so slow in delivering our order we did not have enough time to eat it because it came too close to the hotels check out at 11:00 am. Then when we checked out I went to use the men's room in the lobby and found diarrhea all over the toilet seat and the stench in the bathroom was so overwhelming that I had to immediately leave.

Big hotel that is almost labyrinthine. But friendly helpful staff, clean facilities. Nice sized pool for laps but fitness center is relatively small.

Would go back
Really nice lobby, restaurant, bar area. Made you feel like you were in a nice place. Rooms were very clean but dated. Overall for a hockey tournament it was good. They gave us a banquet room for parents to play cards and drink our own beverages. Definitely would go back

My MacBook Pro was left behind in the room and housekeeping looked for it and found it. The gentleman at the front desk gave me plates and silverware after the restaurant was closed. They gave me a towel to borrow to clean my car from the snow. Their customer service was superb. I will come back each chess tournament.

The location is convenient and spacious. Staff was great. However, the entrance can be confusing to find especially if you arrive at night. No signs that clearly directs you to the entrance.

Property is beautiful. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Only negative was how I was not greeted on check in. The gentleman working at 11 pm simply stated “I need an id”. And he didn’t tell me the room I reserved wasn’t available. I went to my room to find the phone making noises like it was off the hook and it was a small double room. The woman at the desk was very helpful and got me a new room (still no king available) but phone was quiet and she offered me comp breakfast which I kindly declined. Not their fault that kings were not available but the gentleman could have informed me before I went up. And could have said “welcome to the Hyatt”, etc. Otherwise a good stay. I would stay again.

Great Alternate for Arlington Games
Just a quick overnight trip after watching a football game at AT&T. A nice, and much more affordable, alternative over Arlington hotels!

Schaumburg Hyatt review
The hotel could use some updating. On the room floors, carpet was stained, room furniture was visibly scratched and bed skirt was tattered. Ceiling tiles were damaged in the hall. On the plus side, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was vast and varied and parking was easy.
