WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!
This was a case of "Expedia" versus "reality". I booked this room for a dance competition in the area. We had a long trip there and arrived an hour early so we inquired on checking into our room (if possible) and the lady at the front counter very rudely stated "no, check in is 3:00pm" and she walked away. Not to mention we had to ring the bell just to get service. The lobby was bare as could be, not welcoming at all, nothing in it. I could tell there was no breakfast offered which sucked. Then, when we finally got to our room, it was disgusting. To the point that I contemplated asking for a different room but my husband talked me out of it. It was dirty, walls had stuff all over them everywhere we looked. The beds were AWFUL - absolutely awful - they were thin and you could feel EVERY spring in it - so bad that my 4yo & 9yo complained of discomfort. There were no blankets, just the sheet and a thin cover sheet. Only 2 pillows per bed and they were flat as a pancake. There were ZERO furnishings in the room - no kleenex, extra toilet paper (only 1 roll), only 2 towels, no lamp, NOTHING. I overheard someone call the front desk while I checked in, asking for extra towels, and the lady said they don't offer room service for any stay less than 14 days. Unreal. We ended up sleeping with our own throw blankets we brought along because the bed sheets had hair on them & our door did NOT lock, we relied on the door stop. NOT OKAY.
