Samphire is an exceptional newly built sea-front holiday property right on the beach in East Wittering. The spectacular sea views are maximised by its upside-down living style. The third bedroom has twin beds and shares the family ground floor bathroom with shower over bath. All three bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and are simply furnished in a modern beach style.

Outside at the front of the property, the large garage offers safe storage for your bikes and water sports kit and a utility space with washing machine and tumble dyer. The roadside driveway has parking space for two cars.
