« From the moment we stepped inside, we were completely transported. The main room is lovingly themed after the Green Dragon Inn, and it truly felt like we'd just walked into the heart of the Shire. With its rustic charm, inviting hearth, and intricate, immersive details, it was easy to imagine hobbits gathering for laughter, music, and second breakfasts.The house felt like a treasure hunt in the best possible way. « The property was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful grounds. This was exactly what we wanted and have already talked about coming back. The host was very prompt with communication, and quick to respond to a request we had. The hayride was so great for our granddaughters and they loved feeding the cows! We enjoyed the fire pit too. « My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible. »

« My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. Carrie was great with communication. The only thing that I would recommend would be to get the potholes in the driveway fixed. I drive a compact SUV...
