« The apartment is spacious and well appointed with thoughtfully coordinated design items. One could stay a long time in this spot.
The bed was quite comfortable.
Check in glitch due to my thinking I had reserved via Expedia, which I HAD, but instructions were at VRBO and I couldn't get into that site. The host did answer at about midnight, so that was appreciated. Expedia was not helpful!
Very central location.
Expedia brags about what you see is what you pay, but I am not sure the VRBO...

« The cottage was absolutely charming! It was tastefully decorated with ample space to spread out. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly when I had a question, and were very helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and there are clear instructions provided for appliances, locks, checkout, etc. If you want to be walking distance from downtown Chico, this is not the place for you but it’s an excellent option if you want a quiet, relaxing space a short drive from downtown Chico. »
