The home/property was very accommodating and affordable for the price!! Beautiful drive in and out! Our host was friendly and attentive, and provided details promptly. The home and surroundings are spectacular for taking in nature and relaxing. A definite A in overall cleanliness and basic stocked supplies!

This place is lovely! We enjoyed a very cozy new years retreat with time spent relaxing in the hot tub, making food in the kitchen (which had all the basics), taking hikes in Upper Bidwell park, and lounging on the couch. This place is very homey and comfortable and we’d love to come back.

Fantastic property! The view and sounds of the river in the backyard makes it idyllic. The house was clean and well stoked with cooking essentials. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub very enjoyable. Good working grill and nice fire pit. Overall very nice stay feeling secluded in nature. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing location

Very nice and private. Mostly quiet (neighbor did some tractor work during part of our stay) and the creek sounds were relaxing and calming. We all enjoyed ourselves.

The setting by the creek was beautiful and enjoyable. However, the house had a smell that put us off and may have indicated mildew or mold. The manager denied that was true. The carpet was thruout most of the house and looked old and worn. The house was not appealing inside. We did not stay one night given we are seniors with health issues.

Simply Beautiful

The property location, on the creek was absolutely lovely. We were there in May, everything was green and lush. The creek was full and rushing. When the sun shown on the canyon wall it was beautiful.The home was well appointed and comfortable. It wes a little more warn than the photos suggest but still very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Overall the house was clean and in a great location adjacent to Butte Creek (good access). Disappointments: not enough towels for a family of 6 (there’s a hot tub, a nice plus), creek access and other general towel use. Washing detergent was supplied. There was only 1 dishwasher tablet and 1 garbage bag supplied for the 5 night stay. There was a fumble by the management for check-in, which had us (4 kids with 2 parents) waiting about 2 hours to get into the house. There had been great communication with mgmt leading up to this issue. Overall a fine time in this house, hot tub and creek albeit a bit tarnished by the above mentioned issues. We would stay there again.
