« The location of this property is gorgeous! We loved watching and hearing the waves crash onto the rock cliffs. The beautiful black volcanic sand beach is right next door and very easy to access. Alma de Mar was a beautiful property that is very well maintained. The staff were always helpful, kind, and available. We booked Chef Tavo for all our meals during our stay and he was amazing!! We highly recommend him. »

« The house keeper was very friendly and helpful The pool was big and clean, great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and the rooms had plenty of beds.I would like to see more paper plates, forks , paper towels or napkins in the kitchen and or bowls for soups.Towels for the pool and loungers by the pool »

« The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience. « I had a very good experience with this location. The living room and the bedrooms have air conditioners as well as TV in each room. The kitchen is small and I was able to use for what I needed such as small meals or reheat food. It was overall clean, illumintaed and the swimming pool accross the street was great. When I had questions, the host responded promptly. I would consider staying here again if I return to El Salvador. »
