« Such a great island to visit. The Bay view was perfect. Got to see the sunset on our first night. Easy trip onto the Island for dinner at Rope Walk and Bills Steak & Seafood. Both were excellent. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC was not the greatest. Overall a great place to stay for a long weekend. »

« It was a little difficult to find, but in a quiet area. Bedroom MAY be warm in summer because the AC is only in the living room/ kitchen area. The heat worked very well, but the thermostats were very inaccurate. 50F was closer to 75-80. Even my freezing wife was very warm »

« Our stay this time was in a different room than last December but just as good! The view was great- location was very convenient. Room clean and orderly. Everything as described. It is perfect for my husband and I, has everything we need. The toaster didn’t work and they replaced it immediately. We stayed two extra days! Loved it! Will definitely book again! Thank you! »

« Assateague Inn was a nice place to stay. Well situated. Principal bed is comfy. There is some points to say that are not what we expected: - a lot of dust - wi-fi always on and off - furnitures are pretty old »

« We were given an incorrect address. We were not told that the building is named Assateague Inn. We were not given an apartment number but we’re we’re given an accurate number sequence to open the lock box. We arrived at 4:10 PM and called every phone number be could find and left voice messages but no one answered. Finally about 5:30 or 6oclock a very helpful and courteous person answered the after hours phone number which was listed on literature inside the reception room at the Assateague Inn...

« Rental was just as shown on line. Very clean. Unfortunately couldn't stay the entire time due to health problems. Would rent again, only on 1st floor. »

« The condo was very nice and roomy. Overall everything was nice. However, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and linens. The ones provided were just not adequate. Also the screens on the sliding doors need replacing. Had to keep slider shut because bugs were able to get through where the screen separated from the frame. »

« The property was fine, however, both doors did not close tightly. I could see daylight through the bottom corner of both doors. The property was full of flies, I kill them every evening and there were 3-6 when I came back the next evening. They were coming in from somewhere, the doors? The property was very clean but I gave 4 stars because the rug in front of the sink was pretty gross. The towel rack was barely attached to the wall. »

« This property was absolutely amazing! We agreed that this place had the best views on the island - it could not be beat. We watched the sunset and sunrise and were in awe of the beauty. The condo layout was perfect for our family - the beds were so comfortable! The host was super communicative and gave us great recommendations for our stay. Be sure to stop by Island Creamery - that was a hit for our family! We would stay at Sunset Bay again in a heartbeat and can’t wait to come back again soon. ...

« Not much to say other than it’s a quiet area and everything is new and clean. We hope it stays that way because we liked staying here. »
