Beautiful home, very bright, open, and sunny! Lots of comfortable spaces, second level is like a separate apartment. Second story deck is incredible!!! Everything very clean and neat.

Perfect for Our Needs!

Our family of two seniors and four young adults had ample space both to spread out and to gather together at East Side Breezes. We easily fit around the large dining table at mealtimes and to play games. The kitchen is well laid out and the four young adults fit comfortably at the stove, sink and island preparing dinners together.The upstairs has a separate thermostat from the downstairs which made it easy for everyone to find a comfortable indoor temperature. The decor throughout the home was extremely tasteful, attractive, unique, and "beach-themed."The upstairs deck was a fun place to star gaze at night. But it was the quiet, extremely peaceful morning views I appreciated most. The view from the home is exactly as pictured on the website only imagine morning bird songs, light misty morning fog, and very little "traffic". A bike and beach equipment rental shop is less than 2 mins walk from the home's front door.Seaside Vacations staff were excellent with communication prior to our trip, during our stay, and even after check-out. They were superb!We loved this rental home and highly recommend it!

Fantastic Thanksgiving Holiday

The place was perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room, very comfortable and quiet but close to anything we wanted to do on Chincoteague. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back again :)

Beautiful property ,great location

This is a beautiful and very spacious property in a really nice location. Communication with the agency over a minor issue was seamless and they sent someone right away. My only suggestion would be to add more deck furniture and some lights to the beautiful upstairs deck so it can actually be used more during the day as well as for al fresco dining.

Ultimate Assateague experience

Phenomenal location for views and easy access to everything wonderful about Chincoteague and Assateague. Responsive property managers who made everything easy and relaxed. Flexible design enabled both togetherness and privacy for our adult children and us. And the view!!

We had a wonderful time with an exceptional view of the lighthouse. The upper deck was amazing where we decided to say our vows. Our stay had the purpose of getting married but it was extra special with the comfort of the house and time spent with family. Thank you so much for making our special day so much more special. An enjoyable stay on the East Side

The house is well situated and well-equipped. With the exception of the upstairs air-conditioning, everything worked as it should. The kitchen is very well equipped and the wifi worked well. The views are great. We were forewarned by the property manager about the air-conditioning issue and happily we didn't need it as the weather was cool. Hopefully the problem will be fixed before the summer.

Sunrise over the lighthouse

Beautiful location with tons of windows to the sun. Loved the fireplace at night as it’s cold in November, and the warm sunny second floor sitting room to read after going to Assateague for sunrise. Wonderful property and extremely helpful and responsive manager.

Beach vacation

The house on Chincoteague was both lovely and very comfortable. The location is perfect. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and watching all the ospreys and egrets. The beach is beautiful in September and a short drive from the cottage. The wild ponies are fun to locate and observe by boat or car.

Comfortable and Relaxing

The house was comfortable and well decorated. The balcony and view of the lighthouse were exceptional. The management company communicated with us frequently before and during the stay. Reaching them was easy and they were very responsive. Neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all of the island's activities. The only issue during this stay was ants in the kitchen. I notified the management company and believe the issue will be resolve quickly. There were no other issues of cleanliness.

Home away from home

A perfect home away from home for a growing family. The house is at a perfect location overlooking the light house and very close to everything we need from restaurants to the beach. It was also very relaxing to watch the humming birds playing on the tree in front of the property in the evenings. The house was very clean and spacious and had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay.

Great Stay with Lighthouse View

This property was excellent for 2 adults (the grandparents - we took the master bedroom and bath) and 3 children, plus the kids' mom (those 4 shared the two downstairs bath.). Lots of seating for meals, for reading, for jigsaw puzzle, etc. We loved the upper deck, the view of salt marsh and lighthouse, and though we worried about mosquitoes, they were not a problem. Biggest issue was, the day we arrived, the house reeked of gas - it seems the property rep had turned off the gas line, not realizing it fueled the oven. We worried we'd have to vacate, but after we called emergency number he arrived in minutes, fixed the issue, and after a few hours of open windows, no more odor - all was normal. Location is easy drive to town and beach. I would rent this property again.
