Christchurch CBD, Riverside Market, Hagley Park and the Botanic Gardens are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, while Christchurch Adventure Park is around a 12–15-minute drive.



Getting Around:

Travelling by car is the easiest way to explore Halswell, central Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region.



Most central Christchurch attractions are approximately 15–20 minutes away, while Christchurch Airport is around a 16–20-minute drive. Travel times may vary depending on traffic.

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you've already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us-we're happy to

review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.



Please note: The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by house rule violations.



🔑 Only one house access key is provided as standard. Additional key must be requested before arrival. A replacement fee of NZD $250 applies for each lost key.
