"I had a wonderful two-night stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. The onsen facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank Kandel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. I had accidentally left my passport at a previous hotel, and Kandel kindly assisted me in contacting them and coordinating the delivery of the passport to my current location. His support and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m extremely grateful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fuji area."

"Gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip in Nagoya. Das Hotel ist vom Bahnhof in ca. 15 Min fußläufig erreichbar und in der Umgebung sind viele Konbinis und kleine Restaurants. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern und für japanische Verhältnisse extrem groß. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen."
