« 旅先の渋滞に何度も巻き込まれ、夜９時を回ってしまいました ホテルにあらかじめ遅くなってしまう電話をいれましたが、11時でも１２時でも大丈夫ですよ、と気遣いの言葉を掛けていただき安心しました 設備に関しては、部屋のエアコンをつけて３０分後に勝手に切れてしまい。 本体やリモコンを調べましたが、原因がわかりませんでした 夜中に差し掛かっていたので受付に電話することもためらわれ。 何も報告できずチェックアウトとなりました ごめんなさい »

« Great hotel! It's located around 10 minutes from the city center by foot, so you can do everything walking. A great plus is the personnel - everyone was really helpful and nice, ready to help whenever needed. Last but not least, the bedrooms were amazing!!! The beds are very confortable and big, the room is spacious and everything was very clean. And we can’t not mention the private onsens inside the hotel. They are available for the guests, and they are great. We Reallyv recommend this hotel! »
