My four stars was only because the bed pillows smelled like sweaty head. I have very sensitive smell and could smell it through the pillow cases, please note that the pillowcases were clean it was just the smell of the pillows. Maybe time for a replacement. « There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. »

« The desk chair (the only chair in the room) was old, squeaky and dirty. The elevator I used to access our room on the 4th floor had a problem. When pushing the button for the 4th floor, I had to push it repeatedly over and over for about 30 to 45 seconds before it would light up and begin ascending. »

Mais si vous avez une voiture très bien : literie de qualité supérieure, canapé lit correct, cuisine bien équipée et propre. Suite spacieuse, hôtel et chambres très propres, piscine intérieure agréable, parking juste en face a prix correct, petit déjeuner avec du choix et dans une salle grande et agréable. « I cant suggest this hotel. My husband and travel a lot for work and pleasure. The Autograph collection of hotels usually provides a higher level of customer service and a bit of luxury. Sorry to say, the Glass Light in Norfolk is not it. The woman at the desk during checkin was unfriendly and when she assigned us to a second floor room, I asked the chances for one on a higher floor. She immediately got defensive and said the other rooms were not clean yet. When I asked if they would be ready...
